HTFN Ireland - HTFN was invited to participate in a R.F.Q. for importing, clearing, detrashing and delivering robotic production line equipment from Europe, the U.S.A. and the Far East on behalf of the largest supplier of spare parts to Intel in Ireland.
HTFN submitted their comprehensive bid along with several other multi national service providers. Having undergone due process the field was whittled down to two providers by our case study client. Both companies were invited by A.M.A.T. to present their operation packages.
HTFN utilized this opportunity to introduce Globe Track. By demonstrating how our system provided superior flexibility, visibility and information services we secured the business. Our coordinated training and implementation plan clinched the deal.
Our new client was convinced that Globe Track Tracking along with the unique reporting featured was the best fit for their business model. Quite simply to quote the client, "Globe Track is the best track and trace tool we have ever seen." HTFN is now handling the clients global import business.
This case study of a HTFN information management service entailed the development of additional features to deal with requirements identified by both our client and our service team. The package delivered included "push" technology, order management, neutralised freight management and entirely customisable workbenches and reporting.
