(THC): Fee assessed by the terminal for the positioning of cargo within
the terminal yard
Tier Rates: Rates
assessed based on volumes moved
TIR: Trailer Interchange
Receipt, (also EIR) interchange receipt between trucker and ocean carrier;
certificate of container/equipment condition at time of interchange. Document
used for the interchange of containers showing condition of container when
picked up at terminal.
To Order of Shipper:
Shipper is owner of goods until endorsed B/L is presented to carrier by receiver
